How eBay Partner Network works
eBay runs its own affiliate program. Older links go through rover.ebay.com; newer ones point straight at an eBay listing with mkcid, mkrid, toolid and campid attached. ebay.us and ebay.to are eBay's shorteners and resolve to the same thing.
- campid identifies the publisher campaign, so it is the parameter that proves affiliate tracking.
- customid is the publisher's own sub-id, one per placement.
- mkcid=1 indicates the Partner Network as the traffic source, distinguishing it from eBay's own marketing.
The domains eBay Partner Network uses
Any of these in an address bar means the same thing. Subdomains count too: the part in front is usually an account number.

- ebay.us
- ebay.to
